We are seeking dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Specialists (ISS) to join our team at TRENDZ Exhibitions , where innovation meets opportunity. The ISS will play a critical role in growing our multi-vendor marketplace ( www.trendzexhibitions.com ) by engaging with potential sellers across the country and assisting them in registering on the platform. This position involves proactive communication using various tools and platforms to build relationships, drive seller on-boarding, and ensure a seamless registration experience. Key Responsibilities: Seller Engagement: Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries from interested sellers across India. Respond promptly to queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels. On-boarding Process: Guide potential sellers through the platform's registration process, providing clear instructions and support. Conduct online guided sessions using tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or AnyDesk to assist sellers in completing their registration. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, ensuring they feel supported throughout the on-boarding process. Understand sellers needs and provide personalized solutions to ensure successful registration. Follow-ups and Conversion: Consistently follow up with leads to convert inquiries into registrations. Maintain a high conversion rate by addressing sellers' concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Communication and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of seller interactions, progress, and feedback using CRM tools or spreadsheets. Collaborate with other departments to resolve seller issues or escalate concerns when necessary. Market Insights: Gather and report seller feedback to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement in the registration process. Contribute to the development of strategies to attract and onboard more sellers effectively. Experience: Prior experience in inside sales, tele-calling, or customer relationship management is preferred. Knowledge of multi-vendor marketplaces or e-commerce platforms is an added advantage. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
