We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our HR team. The HR Executive will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This role is essential in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the overall HR strategy. Key Responsibilities : Recruitment and On-boarding : Coordinate and execute recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and reference checks. Facilitate new employee on-boarding, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience for new hires. Maintain and update job descriptions and specifications. Employee Relations : Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a professional and timely manner. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives. Performance Management : Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal processes. Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on performance management practices. Monitor and track employee performance, identifying areas for improvement and development. Training and Development : Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees. Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts. Assist in creating and updating training materials and resources. HR Compliance and Administration : Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Payroll and Benefits Administration : Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements. Maintain accurate records of employees. HR Reporting and Analytics : Prepare and submit regular HR reports on metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment status, and performance evaluations. Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement. Qualifications : MBA in Human Resources. Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in a HR role, preferably as an HR Executive or HR Assistant. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
