Description
We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, an innovative approach to solving visual problems, and the ability to deliver visually appealing content across various digital and print platforms. You will work closely with our marketing, social media, and content teams to create engaging and brand-consistent visuals that communicate our message effectively. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate to conceptualize and design visually compelling graphics, including website banners, social media posts, infographics, newsletters, and advertisements. Create designs for print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and product labels. Develop layouts and designs that align with the company's brand identity and marketing goals. Edit and retouch images for both web and print use. Stay up-to-date with design trends, software updates, and best practices. Work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines. Ensure all visuals are high-quality, optimized for different platforms, and consistent with the brand's tone. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are aligned with project goals and creative vision. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects across digital and print mediums. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDraw, or similar tools. Knowledge of basic animation and motion graphics is a plus. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to take constructive feedback and improve upon designs. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in designing for print media, e-commerce platforms or product packaging. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design best practices. Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or After Effects.
