Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist based in Kolkata. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, engaging with potential customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer service. Day-to-day tasks include making sales calls, following up on leads, maintaining customer records, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in the agricultural industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
