Inside Sales Specialist International Shift

You will be joining Skill-Lync, an India-based online education company currently in the Y-Combinator program in the U.S. As part of a bootstrapped business venture, you will contribute to a unique service that aims to help engineering graduates in India transition their theoretical knowledge into practical skills for employment opportunities. Skill-Lync, a unicorn start-up based in Chennai, has recently secured a Series A funding of $17.5 million USD, signifying exciting growth prospects. In this role, you can anticipate engaging in various tasks related to sales and business development. Your responsibilities will include making cold calls for both inbound and outbound sales, identifying new sales prospects, and working within a dynamic and target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls. - Conduct cold calls and emails to discover potential sales leads. - Meet monthly milestones and achieve sales targets. - Conduct regular account analysis to identify key decision-makers. - Collaborate with team members to facilitate deal closures. - Maintain a comprehensive database containing prospect information. - Basic Metrics to meet include making 180 calls and maintaining 3 hours of Talk Time. Qualifications: - A degree in any field, preferably Engineering. - Proficient communication and phone skills. - Familiarity with web presentation tools.
