Inside Sales Specialist International Shift

As an India-based online education company currently part of the Y-Combinator program in the U.S., Skill-Lync is dedicated to helping engineering graduates in India transform their theoretical knowledge into practical skills and secure employment opportunities. As an unicorn start-up in Chennai, we have recently secured a Series A funding of $17.5 million USD, and we are now looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. **Role Overview** In this role, you will be responsible for making cold calls for both inbound and outbound sales, identifying new sales opportunities, and working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. This position offers growth opportunities over time as you achieve your sales targets and milestones. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls and follow-ups - Conduct cold calls and emails to explore potential sales leads - Achieve monthly sales targets and milestones - Regularly analyze accounts and identify key decision-makers - Collaborate with team members to close deals - Maintain a detailed database of prospects" information - Basic Metrics: 180 calls and 3 hours Talk Time **Qualifications** - Any Degree (Preferably in Engineering) - Strong communication and phone skills - Proficiency in web presentation tools **Additional Information** If you join us, you can expect to work the following shift timings: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST / 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM at our Chennai location.
