Conduct personalized counselling sessions to understand students' goals and challenges.

Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Track performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc.) to improve customer experience.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Fluent in English & Kannada (mandatory)

02 years of relevant experience
