Inside Sales Specialist

We need to hire a candidate for the Inside Sales team. This role will primarily involve managing leads and queries related to Happiest Health - Clinics.

Roles and Responsibilities shall include:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company products or services.
• Follow up on leads generated from various marketing campaigns.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand

their needs and offer tailored solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Provide information on service features, pricing, and benefits, addressing any concerns or questions.
• Continuously update product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
• Proficiency in English and Kannada speaking
• Experience in Healthcare Industry preferred or Someone with educational background in Life Science domain.

Exp : Fresher to 3 years

Shift : Day shift
