Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be handling inbound leads, qualifying them based on company criteria, and scheduling meetings with the field sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are results-driven, customer-focused, and thrive in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound leads, qualify them according to company standards, and schedule meetings with solar consultants. - Establish a strong rapport with potential customers and address their initial inquiries regarding solar solutions. - Maintain up-to-date and accurate lead records in the CRM system. - Proactively follow up on leads that have not responded to maximize conversion rates. - Provide insights and recommendations to improve lead engagement and conversion processes. Qualifications Required: - Ideally possess 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales; freshers with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply. - Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages. - Proficiency in using CRM tools and a basic understanding of sales funnels. - Enthusiastic, results-oriented mindset, and a willingness for continuous learning.,
