Inside Sales Representative

About the Role:-

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our IT products and solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Identify and research potential clients through Google and LinkedIn.
• Reach out to prospects via tele-calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Promote and market company products and solutions to generate new business
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Schedule and coordinate physical meetings for senior sales leaders at client sites.
• Sell products and solutions while keeping clients updated on offerings.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing excellent support and competitive proposals.
• Act as a customer ambassador within the organization, ensuring client needs are prioritized.

Required Skills & Competencies:-

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
• Good organizational and research skills.
• Mandatory Requirements
• Candidate must be from an IT background.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe and Microsoft tools.

Qualifications & Experience:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in tele-calling / inside sales.
• Prior experience in IT sales will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
