Location: Baner, Pune

Role Overview

We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to identify, connect, and convert prospects into valuable business opportunities. You’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts—driving outreach, nurturing leads, and helping fuel Telosa’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through:

Cold calling

LinkedIn outreach

Targeted email campaigns

Industry networking and referrals

Identify key decision-makers in mid-to-large IT organizations.

Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales and business development teams.

Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).

Coordinate with technical recruiters to ensure fast and accurate profile delivery.

Collaborate with marketing for aligned campaigns and outreach messaging.

Follow up consistently and move qualified leads through the pipeline.

Achieve or exceed KPIs: leads generated, meetings booked, and outreach targets.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in inside sales—preferably in IT services or staffing

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Confident in handling objections and closing qualified conversations

Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email automation tools

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-driven

Based in Pune

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in selling IT consulting or staff augmentation in Indian or UK markets

Understanding of software services and outsourcing trends

Proven track record of hitting or exceeding lead/sales targets
