Job Summary

Sendvise is a fast-growing Omnichannel CPaaS company providing WhatsApp Business API, Google RCS, Bulk SMS, IVR, Voice Solutions, and AI Chatbots.

We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative who can convert leads into paying customers, close deals, and consistently achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, WhatsApp, and email follow-ups
• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable Sendvise solutions
• Conduct product demos for WhatsApp Business API, SMS, RCS, and related services
• Close deals and achieve assigned monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM
• Follow up on proposals, payments, and onboarding coordination
• Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients
• Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Tele-sales
• Proven experience in closing clients (target-based role)
• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
• Experience in SaaS, CPaaS, Telecom, or IT services is an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and email communication
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure
