• Reach out to businesses via calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups
• Book discovery calls and demos
• Qualify leads and understand customer needs
• Support demos and closing conversations
• Track leads and follow-ups in a simple system
• Learn scripts, objection handling, and sales playbooks
• Work directly with the founder and sales leader on live deals

• You’re comfortable speaking with prospects on calls
• You’re okay with outbound sales and follow-ups
• You want hands-on B2B sales experience
• You’re coachable, disciplined, and curious
• You don’t expect inbound leads handed to you

Must-have

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or inside sales experience

• Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
• Good spoken English + one Indian language
• Willingness to learn and improve fast

Nice to have

• Experience selling services or software
• Startup or SMB sales exposure

Not a fit if

• You avoid phone calls
• You’re looking only for inbound or account management
• You’re not open to feedback and coaching
