Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) at CyberSigma in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by actively engaging with leads and prospects in regulated industries such as fintech, healthcare, SaaS, and e-commerce. Your focus will be on identifying customer needs, promoting our cybersecurity and compliance services, and closing deals through strategic outreach. You will collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers, Solution Architects, and the Marketing team to convert inbound interest into long-term clients and extend the reach of CyberSigma's compliance and security offerings. Your key responsibilities will include conducting high-volume outbound calling, email campaigns, and virtual meetings to generate qualified leads. You will be driving the sales process for cybersecurity compliance services including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, DPDPA, and VAPT audits and consulting. Additionally, you will qualify prospects through discovery calls and needs assessments, schedule demos and consultations for senior sales or technical consultants, and follow up on marketing-generated leads and events/webinars. You will also be supporting proposal creation and responding to client RFPs or RFIs, while coordinating with Regional Sales Managers on territory strategy and account penetration plans. Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets will be a crucial aspect of your role. Your role will require you to adhere to various compliance standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001/27701, SOC 1 & SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, DPDPA, NIST, etc. You will also be involved in security testing activities like VAPT (Web, Mobile, Infra), Red Team exercises, and managing services related to GRC automation tools, MDR, and SIEM/SOC offerings. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 2-5 years of B2B inside sales or lead generation experience, preferably in the cybersecurity or compliance domain. A strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance services will be a significant advantage. You should also demonstrate the ability to manage the full sales cycle or handoff after qualification, possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, exhibit strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through, and be a self-starter with a results-driven approach and the capacity to work independently. While a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Security, or related fields is preferred, relevant experience can also be considered.,
