Inside Sales Representative- Edtech Sales

As a part of our motivated team, your role will involve driving conversions for programs. Your responsibilities will include meeting or exceeding sales targets on a monthly basis, identifying the needs of prospects, recommending suitable programs through outbound calls, closing sales over the phone by demonstrating product value, building and maintaining relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up, and staying updated on industry trends and new product offerings. The ideal candidate should have at least 1+ years of experience in inside sales, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships, proficiency in using CRM and sales tools, self-motivation with a strong work ethic to work independently, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
