Inside Sales Rep (Life Sciences Consulting)

As an Inside Sales Representative at Red Nucleus, your role will involve understanding the dynamics of the life sciences industry and effectively translating this knowledge into compelling sales messages. You will identify new contacts within the pharmaceutical, biosciences, and medical device markets, collaborating with the marketing team to optimize nurture campaigns and drive interest among target buyers. Your responsibilities will also include rapidly building relationships based on trust and competence, establishing connections with buyers through various channels, and supporting the introduction of new products and services within existing client accounts. Additionally, you will be recording contacts and activities in Salesforce, supporting marketing campaigns, and utilizing CRM platforms and other sales & marketing tools effectively. To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related field, along with four or more years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the life sciences industry. Experience with Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, and Marketing Automation solutions is essential, as well as the ability to engage with senior leaders and demonstrate high integrity, initiative, and accountability in all your interactions.
