Inside Sales Officer- Jaipur

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Jaipur office. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries. Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services. Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and follow-ups. Maintain and update CRM with customer data and interactions. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment. Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service roles. Strong communication and negotiation skills (spoken and written Hindi/English). Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
