Inside sales (MBA Freshers FEMALE)

We are looking for an outgoing and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Client Services & Sales Associate (CST) at our newest studio locations in Mumbai & Bengaluru, India. As a CST, you will be a front-line business driver and brand ambassador of Physique 57. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Client Servicing, you must possess a keen knowledge of our products, services, and merchandise to provide luxury customer service and maximize studio sales. Your key responsibilities will include providing top-level concierge and reception service to clients, performing essential daily studio tasks such as checking clients into class and maintaining the luxury studio look, assisting clients with package selection, maintaining a positive attitude, and representing the organization values positively. You will also support Instructors, work as a team with all staff members, assist in training new hires, and uphold company brand standards in studio operations. To excel in this role, you must be available to work 6 days per week, including weekends, nights, early mornings, and holidays. You should have at least 2 years of customer service and sales experience, a passion for fitness and wellness, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong computer skills, superior problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask. A strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and in a team environment are also essential. This is a full-time position with a compensation package that includes a performance bonus.
