Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Inquiry Management
: Handle incoming calls and inquiries from
IndiaMART and other e-commerce platforms
.
Data Management
: Maintain and update
Excel sheets
accurately; strong
proficiency in MS Office is essential
.
Logistics Coordination
: Assist in
delivery tracking
and coordinate effectively with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and receipt.
Order & Invoice Processing
: Coordinate
invoice generation based on sales orders
and support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth order processing.

Key Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proactive and a team player.
