• Lead Calling & Conversion

  Contact potential customers via outbound calls and convert leads into sales.

• Product/Service Explanation

  Clearly explain company services, plans, pricing, and benefits.

• Customer Follow-up

  – Regularly follow up with interested leads to ensure closure.

• CRM & Data Management

  – Maintain accurate customer details and update records in CRM tools.

• Target Achievement

  – Work proactively to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Customer Relationship Manager – Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction

  – Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate assistance.

• Issue Resolution

  – Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns.

• Client Relationship Management

  – Maintain long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Follow-up & Retention

  – Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure service continuity and customer retention.

• Reporting & Coordination

  – Maintain customer records and coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

Work Mode: Work from Office (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Locations: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Pune

Salary: 17,000 27,000 + Uncapped Incentives (based on experience)
