What you'll do

• Call inbound individual job-seekers who have expressed interest in Hiration.
• Clarify goals and recommend the right plan or bespoke resume writing service
• Address quick FAQs (pricing, how it works, timelines) and guide next steps.
• Log clean notes, tags, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Share caller feedback to improve scripts and journeys.

You're a fit if you

• Speak clearly, listen well, and summarize next steps with confidence.
• Keep conversations structured and outcome-oriented.
• Are comfortable with basic CRM updates and fast typing.
• Are fluent in English; additional Indian languages are a bonus.
