You will be joining HomeSource as a Business Development Specialist, where your primary responsibility will be to expand the global reach of the company by identifying and exploring new business opportunities and relationships. Your role will involve managing the existing sales pipeline, developing proposals and presentations for new business ventures, and analyzing market trends to build a strategic sales pipeline aligned with company targets. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify customer needs, develop sales strategies, and implement marketing initiatives to achieve business goals. Your strong sales and business operations skills will be crucial in leading a team of professionals towards realizing the company's vision of creating billion-dollar brands that simplify everyday activities worldwide. Your daily tasks will include monitoring industry trends, managing proposal responses, generating leads, and implementing outbound sales strategies. You will also be responsible for supporting deal structures, negotiating prices, and sharing industry knowledge through networking and presentations. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in business or management, demonstrate a successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation, and exhibit excellent communication skills. Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, along with the ability to plan and manage resources effectively, will be essential for your success. Experience with CRM software and the ability to deliver impactful presentations will be considered advantageous. The expected salary for this full-time position is in the range of 2,50,000 to 4,50,000 INR per annum.
