Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales GCC (global capability Centers) Business position located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. Some work from home is acceptable. The Inside Sales GCC Business role involves generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The role also encompasses handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Must have worked in other GCC companies before sourcing Technical services deals
• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
