Roles & Responsibility:- Create demand for new product launches by convincing the B2B channel partners Identify new customers through primary + secondary research Analyze sales data and identify sales opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling Ensure to complete TAT on a daily basis Capture payments on time to ensure BAU for new products and repeat orders Fix daily challenges of B2B customers w.r.t account management Payment Tracker – Creation / Follow Up & Closure Scheme and Identity data updation (Grade, Decider, T1/T2, Return, Freight, TOD ) Daily Stock Checking /Print Order Management Party Issue-Complaint Solving Order Process (PI/Incomplete/Pending/Sanchar orders)  Ticket Management ( ETS)   Checking list of party who has not given order (20 Days) Active and starred books list to be reviewed regularly for PI
