Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about sales and building a strong career in a high-growth environment. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers from the leads provided.
• Understand their business challenges and schedule software demos.
• Deliver simple, clear, and compelling product demonstrations.
• Address customer queries and explain the time-saving benefits of Suvit.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into paying customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and earn performance rewards.
• Adhere to our structured sales process (SOP).
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new customers post-sale.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Graduate/Postgraduate in BBA, MBA, B.Com, or related field
• Basic understanding of sales concepts (training will be provided)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to build a career in sales
