Inside Sales Executive

Job Description

Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, or healthcare preferred. Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and families. lead follow-ups to drive conversions. Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and chat. Explain services clearly and address client queries effectively. Schedule and coordinate virtual or in-person facility visits. Guide clients through the service selection and onboarding process. Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM systems regularly. Collect and relay client feedback for service and process improvement. Support administrative tasks related to sales operations.
