Job Description

You will be responsible for calling, following up on inquiries, and converting leads into enrollments for high-demand certification courses. Additionally, you will engage with existing customers to promote relevant courses and upsell where possible. You will also coordinate post-sales activities and ensure the seamless execution of training sessions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. You must also demonstrate proficiency in negotiation and convincing abilities. Collaborating with the marketing team for lead generation will be a crucial aspect of the role. A minimum of 1 year of experience as an admission counselor is required. As part of the perks and benefits, you will enjoy flexible working hours and unlimited incentives. The job is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.
