About NoBroker

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and trust-building.
Make outbound calls using both primary and secondary lead data to generate new opportunities.
Consistently follow up with new and existing leads to maximize conversions.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about NoBroker’s offerings.
Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with company guidelines and customer expectations.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, lead status, and call outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

EducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.A., BBA, B.Tech, MBA, etc.)

Skills :Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Languages :Mandatory: English + Hindi or KannadaPreferred (Optional): Tamil or TeluguWork
