Job Description

Key Result Areas (KRAs)Sales Conversion Rate Achieve a high percentage of successful sales from total calls made. Customer Satisfaction Deliver excellent customer service through clear, helpful, and friendly communication. Call Volume Consistently meet daily targets for both outbound and inbound calls. Lead Follow-Up Ensure timely follow-up with leads and aim to convert them within the expected timeframe. Revenue Growth (partial text visible, assuming standard) Actively contribute to achieving monthly revenue or sales targets. Daily Call Volume Target: Minimum of 80 calls per day (inbound + outbound). Conversion Rate Target: ≥ 20% of total leads converted into confirmed sales. Customer Satisfaction Score Target: Maintain ≥ 90% satisfaction based on customer feedback. Follow-Up Completion Rate Target: 100% of lead follow-ups to be completed within 48 hours. Monthly Revenue Target: Achieve individual monthly sales goal as assigned.
