Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain IT services & solutions.
• Generate new leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Perform regular follow-up calls to maintain strong customer engagement.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product/service details.
• Maintain call logs, CRM updates, and daily activity reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.

Required Skills:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Tele Caller or Inside Sales Executive in an IT service or IT solutions

company.

• Strong communication, listening, and customer handling skills.
• Ability to understand and explain IT services such as:

– Cyber Security solutions (firewalls, endpoint security, email security, MDM, etc.)

– Cloud solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS)

– IT Hardware solutions (laptops, desktops, servers, networking devices)

• Knowledge in the above areas will be considered a strong value-added advantage.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, target oriented, and self-motivated.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer operations.

Education:

• Any degree with strong communication and sales aptitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
