Job Summary:
Kevells is looking for dynamic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our Client Acquisition team. This is a voice-based role where you'll connect with business clients over the phone, explain our services, and onboard them. No fieldwork – all leads are provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound B2B calls to potential business clients using company-provided leads
• Promote Kevells' services confidently and clearly
• Maintain 120+ minutes of productive talk time per day
• Achieve 4+ client acquisitions per month
• Update CRM and maintain accurate call logs
• Share daily and weekly performance reports
• Collaborate with internal teams for follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: 0–5 years (Telecalling/Sales/Client Acquisition preferred)
• Education: Open to all streams
• Communication: Strong verbal skills in relevant languages

Age Limit:

• Junior Executive: Up to 30 years
• Team Lead (TL): Up to 32 years

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and persuasion
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Basic computer knowledge

Work Details:

• Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | Fresher-friendly
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
