Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database/leads.
Explain life insurance products and their benefits.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans.
Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with prospects.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Accurately maintain call records, customer information, and feedback.
Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for seamless policy issuance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.

Prerequisites:

Minimum 6 months 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the Life insurance sector.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Languages: Fluency in Hindi/English/regional languages as required.
