Inside Sales Executive (Lead Generation)

As an Inside Sales Executive in our Infrastructure department, you will play a crucial role in generating qualified leads through outbound calls, understanding client requirements, and collaborating with field sales and project teams to drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our infrastructure services and generating qualified leads. - Identify client needs, offer suitable solutions, and maintain updated lead information for follow-up actions. - Build long-term client relationships by delivering excellent customer service. - Work closely with the field sales team to convert leads into opportunities. - Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and customer engagement. - Stay updated on the company's services to provide accurate information. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam. - Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills. - Ability to quickly understand client requirements and tailor responses accordingly. - High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. - Proficiency in MS Office and Excel. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Prior experience in the infrastructure/construction industry is a plus.
