Role Overview We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive with a focus on outbound calling. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales. The candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in creating new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities · - Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or self-generated leads · - Clearly explain company services and offerings to prospects · - Set up qualified meetings or demos for the senior sales team · - Maintain and update CRM with accurate call notes and lead status · - Follow-up on cold and warm leads via email and phone · - Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and outreach Required Skills & Experience · - 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation · - Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi · - Comfortable working with CRM software and MS Excel · - Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and client interaction · - Knowledge of IT services is a plus but not mandatory Who Should Apply? · - You're motivated to kickstart your career in business development · - You’re not afraid to talk to new people and build client relationships · - You want to grow in a tech-driven, high-growth company What We Offer · - Training on IT products and sales strategies · - Fixed salary + attractive incentive structure · - Opportunity to work directly with the founding team · - Flexible and energetic work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
