Job Description

The Inside Sales Executive plays a key role in supporting the sales process, managing customer inquiries, ensuring timely order processing, and maintaining accurate sales records. This individual will work closely with the sales and other departments to facilitate seamless operations, follow up on customer payments, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. The role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in sales reporting and coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1) Assist in the preparation, submission, and uploading of tender documents as per the requirements. 2) Handle and respond to new customer inquiries and manage the preparation and submission of accurate quotations. 3) Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate execution. 4) Prepare and submit regular Management Information System (MIS) reports. 5) Monitor outstanding customer payments and initiate follow-ups to ensure timely payments. 6) Assist the team with various activities, including lead generation, documentation, and processing of orders. 7) Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities, ensuring that all information is updated in the system and accessible for future reference. 8) Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments to ensure timely collections and resolve any related issues. 9) Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
