Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by engaging potential clients and positioning our enterprise SaaS solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for dynamic, motivated individuals with a flair for communication and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and social media.
• Customer Engagement: Understand client business needs and build strong relationships.
• Product Presentation: Present and explain the benefits of Antrika’s SaaS products.
• Sales Funnel Management: Manage and nurture leads to conversion.
• Market Research: Stay updated with market trends and competitors.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the senior sales team to meet targets.
• Reporting: Maintain CRM records of all customer interactions and lead statuses.

Key Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: PGDM/MBA in Marketing, BBA, BCom (preferred). Must be a 2024/2025 pass-out.
• Communication Skills: Strong English communication – both written and verbal.
• Language Proficiency (Mandatory): Must be fluent in at least two languages — Malayalam, Tamil, and Kannada.
• Tech-Savvy: Interest in SaaS and tech products.
• Sales Attitude: Goal-oriented and motivated to exceed targets.
• Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and work in a dynamic startup environment.

Compensation:

6 Months Probation/Training Period: Rs 20,000/- Per Month.

Post successful completion of the probation/training period: Upto Rs 6 LPA (4 LPA Fixed + 2 LPA Variable) based on performance.

Bond: 1 year bond from the date of joining. The bond value will be Rs 2,00,000/-

Other Details:

Working Days - Monday to Saturday (alternative Saturday's off). The fifth saturday of the month will be working

Working Hours - 10 AM to 7 PM
