Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive (Female) to join our team. The role involves managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to order execution, with a strong focus on client communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

Engage with new and existing customers to promote products and handle timely follow-ups.
Analyze and act on leads received via IndiaMART and other platforms.
Purchase and manage relevant buy leads based on customer requirements.
Convert leads into business opportunities through effective communication.
Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
Prepare and share accurate quotations, proformas, and invoices.
Manage end-to-end order processing and maintain client records.
Oversee material dispatch and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
Update and maintain sales and marketing reports on a regular basis.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or customer handling roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage leads, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

Sales & Marketing: 1 year (Required)

Language:

English, Hindi (Preferred)

Location:

Rau, Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Required)

Willingness to travel:

25% (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
