Job Summary:

Inside Sales Executive (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM systems.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Follow up on warm leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and deals in the CRM.
Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams for campaigns and lead nurturing.
Handle basic objections and provide timely responses to clients.
Ensure a positive customer experience and build long-term relationships.

Key Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in telesales or inside sales roles.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
Female candidates preferred as per role requirements.
