Job Description

Job Summary:We are hiring dynamic and self-motivated Telesales Executives with excellent communication skills to join our growing team. The role involves connecting with potential customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions/products. If you have a confident voice, persuasive skills, and love speaking to people – we want you! Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch products/services. Clearly explain features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Build rapport and develop strong customer relationships over the phone. Handle customer objections and turn them into sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Provide feedback on lead quality and customer response to improve processes. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. Exceptional verbal communication skills in English. Strong listening and convincing skills. Prior telesales or BPO experience is a plus (not mandatory). Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
