Position: Telesales Executive (Kannada Speaking) Location: Gurugram Experience: 1-2 years Language Requirement: Fluent in Kannada and basic English/Hindi Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and confident Telesales Executive who is fluent in Kannada. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services. Communicate effectively in Kannada to build rapport and trust. Understand customer needs and handle queries professionally. Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets. Requirements:Fluency in Kannada (mandatory); basic English/Hindi is a plus. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Prior telesales or customer service experience is an advantage.
