Title: Inside Sales Executive

Responsibilities
· Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers, effectively communicating product features, benefits and value propositions.
· Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into customer and upselling additional products or services.
· Response to inbound inquiries, providing information, addressing customers concerns, and guiding them through sales process.
· Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date- record of customer interactions, sales activities and opportunity.
· Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offering to position products effectively.
· Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product and services to articulate their value proposition to potential customers.
· Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
· Make contact with potential or existing clients each day via leads that have been assigned to you.
· Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service- oriented company image among customers.
Required skills and qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
· Strong communication skills and command of the English language
· Previous experience in a tele caller job or similar role
· Ability to close sales through the right negotiation skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
