Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Understand and explain the features, benefits, and structure of various academic courses offered by the company.

• Conduct counseling sessions with students and/or parents via phone or video call to understand their learning goals and provide suitable solutions.

• Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and pipeline updates in the CRM system.

• Regularly follow up with interest leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

• Gather and report customer feedback to help improve course offerings and sales strategy.

• Work closely with the marketing, operations, and academic teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
