Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Indore. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and converting leads into sales. Duties include developing and maintaining customer relationships, responding to customer service inquiries, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. The Inside Sales Executive will identify sales opportunities, follow up on prospects, and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in related field is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
