Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Location: Sector 121 Delhi NCR Infra Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales over the phone, email, and other digital communication channels. This role is crucial for expanding our client base and contributing directly to the company's revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a passion for achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and research potential clients and sales opportunities through various channels (online databases, social media, industry reports, etc.). Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce Delhi NCR Infra's services and solutions. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, assessing their needs, budget, authority, and timeline. Sales & Relationship Management: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally and effectively. Collaborate with the field sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and successful project execution. Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening and presentation skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
