Inside Sales Executive / Customer Success Executive

As an Inside Sales / Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for conducting outbound sales to prospects in international markets such as the US and UK. Your primary focus will be on driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities to existing customers. Managing the sales pipeline efficiently via CRM tools to achieve targets will be a key part of your role. Collaboration with internal teams for customer onboarding and success will also be essential for seamless operations. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure high customer satisfaction levels leading to improved retention rates. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess at least 2 years of experience in inside sales or customer success. Strong communication and selling skills will be crucial for effective interactions with clients. Prior experience in international or B2B sales would be advantageous. Additionally, being comfortable with working in US time zone shifts is a requirement. The shift timings for this position are flexible, ranging from any shifts between 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM or 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM on a rotational basis. The work location is Hebbal, Bangalore, and this is a full-time position that requires in-person presence at the office for 5 days a week.
