Inside Sales Executive / Customer Success Executive

As an Inside Sales / Customer Success Executive at our company located in Hebbal, Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction in international markets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct outbound sales to prospects in international markets such as UK, US, ANZ, EMEA, NZ, AUS, and the Middle East - Drive sales, upselling, and cross-selling activities to existing customers - Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and strive to achieve targets - Collaborate effectively with internal teams for customer onboarding and success - Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction and retention - Mandatory requirement of International Sales experience **Qualifications Required:** - 1-7 years of experience in inside sales or customer success roles - Possess strong communication and selling skills - Previous experience in international/B2B sales is preferred - Willingness to work in US time zone shifts - Comfortable with rotational shifts between 4:30 PM to 5:00 AM In addition to the challenging role, you will be entitled to benefits such as food provision, health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund.
