Inside Sales Executive / Customer Success Executive

As an Inside Sales / Customer Success Executive, your role will involve conducting outbound sales to prospects in international markets such as UK, US, ANZ, EMEA, NZ, AUS, and Middle East. You will be responsible for driving sales, upselling, and cross-selling to existing customers. Managing the sales pipeline via CRM to achieve targets, collaborating with internal teams for customer onboarding and success, and ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. It is mandatory to have international sales experience. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound sales to prospects in international markets - Drive sales, upselling, and cross-selling to existing customers - Manage sales pipeline via CRM and achieve targets - Collaborate with internal teams for customer onboarding and success - Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer success - Strong communication and selling skills - Experience in international/B2B sales preferred - Comfortable working in US time zone shifts The company provides benefits such as food, health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund.
