Job Title: Inside Sales/Telesales Executive Experience : 0-3 Years ( with good Comm skills) Location : hauz Khas Working days : 5.5 days (Rotational Sat off & Sunday fixed off) Job Description: Mahatta Multimedia Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside sales: Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering our services to meet those needs. Key Responsibilities:  Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company services.  Handle inbound queries and convert leads into sales.  Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.  Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.  Provide accurate information and answer customer questions about services.  Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion. Requirements:  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.  Good listening skills and problem-solving abilities.  Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.  High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is preferred. Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹32,000 per month. (Fresher can also apply) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Compensation Package: Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift Experience: Inside sales: 1 year (Preferred) Business development: 1 year (Preferred) B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
