Job Description

Job Role : Stellar is looking for Inside Sales executive who engage with customers through online chat and toll free platforms, responding to inquiries, providing information, and offering assistance. Assist customers in navigating our products or services, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues. Pitching relevant offering and converting them into sale. Doing outbound calls to existing client and share offerings we have and convert them in business. Role & responsibilities : Answering chats and toll free calls and helping customer with offerings we have Doing outbound calls to existing clients and offer them renewals / upgrades/ new sale etc Build relationship with client and converting them into revenue Coordination with different departments as and when required to fulfil business goals Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions. Qualification : Candidate must be Graduate Key Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients effectively. Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Flexibility to work in shifts. Proficiency in using CRM software for lead tracking and management. Experience : 0 to 6 months of experience in call center Shift Timings : Mostly Indian however must be willing to working in shifts as per business requirement. Week off will be rotational
