INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Executive for Business Development, your main responsibility will be to conduct introductory calls and make the initial sales pitch to prospects. You will need to maintain strong follow-up with the prospects and arrange meetings both online and offline with Franchise Development Managers. It will be important for you to create a strong pipeline of warm leads and work closely with Franchise Development Managers to achieve monthly targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting documents as per the checklist for signing the Franchise Agreement and coordinating with other departments for the timely opening of outlets. You may also be assigned other duties and responsibilities by the management from time to time. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct introductory calls and make initial sales pitch to prospects - Maintain strong follow-up with prospects - Arrange meetings online and offline with Franchise Development Managers - Create a strong pipeline of warm leads - Work closely with Franchise Development Managers to achieve monthly targets - Collect documents for signing the Franchise Agreement - Coordinate with other departments for timely opening of outlets Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate/Post Graduate with 1 year or more of relevant experience in sales/tele calling background (Female Candidates Preferred) - Experience as an Inside Sales Executive or in a related field - Proficiency in conducting calls and making the initial sales pitch to prospects - Effective calling skills and ability to maintain strong follow-up with prospects - Ability to give and receive constructive criticism Company Details: The company offers a competitive salary package, which is considered the best in the industry.
